Tribute gifts

Make a gift in memory of a loved one and we’ll notify the family of your thoughtfulness. Be sure to provide the name of the person you want to memorialize, as well as the name of the family whom you want notified.

Make a celebration gift, whether it be in honor of a birthday, graduation or anniversary, we’ll send a card to the honoree notifying them of your gift.

In lieu of…maybe you are having an upcoming birthday or want to memorialize someone by having family and friends donate to the PAT Fund instead of sending cards or flowers.
